We protect the surface with wrapping and blankets. We use lifting straps for carrying and a piano trolley where the surface allows. In the vehicle, the instrument is secured with straps.
We plan the full path from the room to the vehicle and into the new property. Stairs, turns and doorways are checked before the job is confirmed.

Position the piano
We carry the instrument inside and place it where agreed. Tuning is arranged separately with a piano tuner.
Work is charged by time from €60/hour + VAT, plus a per-instrument supplement: over 100 kg +€70, over 180 kg +€120 (+ VAT).
The price depends on the instrument’s type and weight, floors, stairs or lift and the journey. Heavy-item surcharges apply to each instrument.
The assessment is free. Handling and cost are agreed before work starts. Very heavy instruments or difficult access may need specialist equipment, which we assess separately.
