1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect

• From the request form: your name or company name, phone, e-mail, details of the requested service (addresses, floor, lift, date, list of items), uploaded photographs, the URL of the page from which you submit the request, and any UTM parameters and gclid present in that URL.
• Automatically: visit data (cookies, IP address, device type and referral source) via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, if you have given consent.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Processing your request, preparing a quote and contacting you - legal ground: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Addresses submitted in a request may be sent server-side to Google Maps services, including Directions, Static Maps and Street View, to prepare the route and request - legal ground: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics and advertising (statistics, Google Ads performance, remarketing) - legal ground: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Cookie Policy

For necessary storage, we use the browser localStorage entry m24_consent_v2. It remembers your cookie choice and does not track your use of the website. It remains until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and website use. It may set the _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to two years. If you consent to advertising, Google Ads may use advertising and measurement cookies to evaluate campaign results. Google is the service provider and recipient of this data.

Analytics and advertising storage is denied by default and activates only according to your choice. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information about Google's processing.

5. Uploaded photographs

Photographs are used only to assess the scope of your requested moving, transport or waste-removal service and prepare a quote. They are sent to us by e-mail and are not published.

6. Recipients of the data

The data is accessible to Moving24 OÜ staff and service providers (hosting, e-mail service, Google). Transfers outside the EEA are carried out on the basis of Google’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention period

We keep requests and photographs for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Enquiries: moving24ee@gmail.com.

9. Changes
