The minimum call-out is €85 + VAT. Time counts from when the vehicle sets off to you until it is back, including travel and equipment preparation. The total time is rounded up to the next half hour.
The crew size and price are agreed before arrival. Heavy-item surcharges apply per item. Very heavy loads, such as a 500 kg stove, need a separate assessment and specialist equipment.
Yes. Specify whether you need help carrying items within a building or loading and unloading your own vehicle.
